Il B&B dispone di appartamento bicamere, indipendente, con finiture e arredamento caratteristici e di pregio, con tre posti letto (ampliabili a sei), cucina riservata per la colazione, soggiorno a disposizione. L'ospite ha in uso questi spazi sempre in via esclusiva. L'atmosfera è rilassante, il contesto incantevole e molto curato; sono garantiti comfort e privacy. Lingua parlata: Inglese. L'APPARTAMENTO L'appartamento è curato particolarmente per godere di momenti di privacy, in un contesto signorile. Adatto sia per un mordi e fuggi che per periodi anche di parecchi giorni, per lavoro, studio, vacanza, dove poter assaporare un clima incantevole. DOVE SIAMO In Friuli, a Udine, dove sono buoni i vini e i cibi; dove chi ci viene ci torna e dove molti mettono le tende perchà , semplicemente, si sta bene e la gente è unica. In giornata si puà raggiungere Venezia e la sera far ritorno a casa, e poi si deve visitare Aquileia, Cividale, Palmanova, Lignano, Grado, Trieste, S. Daniele, Gemona, Venzone e il Collio per vini e trattorie e splendidi scenari. THE PLACE - "In our house your home" BED & BREAKFAST AND SELF CATERING UDINE. Our B&B is located in a nice Italian villa with an attractive garden, in an elegant and quiet area, only 5 minutes away from Motorway Exit Udine Sud and just a few minutes' drive from the city centre. In the house an independent flat with separate entrance and elegant interiors, is available for the guest only (either as a Bed & Breakfast or on a self catering basis); the flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room, a kitchen for breakfast, and it can sleep up to six people; it is for the guest use only (whether it is one single guest, a couple, or a large family group) and it is never shared with strangers. The atmosphere of the Bed and Breakfast is relaxing, the environment charming, showing care and attention to detail with all the comforts and privacy of home. English is spoken THE LOFT The two-bedroom flat in the loft is for the guests use only, so they can enjoy their privacy in an elegant and pleasant environment. The flat is perfect for a short stop-over but also for longer periods: for work, for study, for your holidays: whenever you want to experience a charming atmosphere. At present 3 beds are available, but for special requirements we can put up more people. WHERE WE ARE We are in Friuli, in Udine, a region and a town where the food and wines are excellent, where those who happen to arrive, usually come again a second and third time where many choose to take up their permanent residence. Because you simply feel well here, and the people are unique. You can reach Venice in less than two hours and in the evening you can be back home again. But there are lots of other places not to be missed: Aquileia, Cividale, Palmanova, Lignano, Grado, Trieste, San Daniele, Gemona, Venzone .. and the Collio area famous for its wines inns and . wonderful scenery
